Home Inventory Experts understands that documentation of your personal property must remain confidential. We back that commitment up with a written guarantee that all information attained during our service will never be sold or given to any other company or individual for any reason. How do we protect your identity? As a Home Inventory Experts client, you are assigned a confidential HIE Membership number that we use to cross-reference all information about your property. This information is stored in our secure database for your protection. You are then notified of your HIE Membership number when you receive your comprehensive inventory package. We suggest that you keep this number as well as the inventory prepared for you in a secure place, such as a safe or safe deposit box. If at any time you lose or misplace your HIE Membership number, simple give us a call, and after asking you a few key questions verifying your identity, we gladly email you the information. |
