As an HIE Member, one of the services we provide is our Loss Filing Service. In the event of a claim, we will take care of supplying a detailed report of your loss to your insurance company. This formal process helps provide sufficient documentation to ensure a speedy and fair resolution to your claim.
Simply call Home Inventory Experts and reference your HIE Membership number and we will do the rest for you. Or you can simply fill out the form below, completing as much detail as possible. We will then contact you to verify the information once we have cross referenced the items you have noted as missing or damaged against your inventory that we have on file. Detailed information such as digital pictures, scanned receipts and serial numbers of the property will then be provided to your insurance company. This information will accompany the formal claim papers that they sent to you to fill out.
